The car looks FANTASTIC! Allison was very professional and gave me a very reasonable estimate. She even dealt with the other party’s insurance company. I took the car in on Tuesday and unlike other companies where you have to call to see if your car is done, Gerber sends multiple text messages to keep you updated. Right before I dropped off my car, it developed an issue with starting with the key. For three days, the guys in the shop went completely above and beyond, and actually even trolley-ed my car around the shop to complete the repairs. I have never seen such dedication to customer satisfaction. Upon pickup, I had one minor issue, which was immediately fixed. The workmanship and personable customer service I experienced with Gerber Collision was outstanding!
