I'm really very glad with the service that I've received from Gerber overall, but Allison is awesome. The service form both Josh and Allison is above and beyond the call of duty. I've had the sides of the door that needed to be fixed again and while they were being done, I had some scratched on the back bumper that I asked if it could be removed and Allison worked with her crew to see if the scratches could be taken care of(buffed out without any charges, that's what I call service) I would recommend Gerber and Allison anytime :)

These guys did an amazing job replacing my bumper, battery, headlight and side panel after I had a minor accident. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to, they sent text messages to my phone indicating their progress, they arranged a rental vehicle for me, and did it all through the insurance. They even cleaned my car when it was time for me to pick it up, after I had spilled milk on the floor (which went sour) as a result of the accident. Getting everything fixed again was a completely hassle free and friendly process. I can't recommend them enough.

I received excellent professional service from both Allison Harget, Estimator and Joshua Stangle, General Manager. All my questions were anserwed and my repair was handled in a timely manner. Repair appears perfect. I also liked the integration of the email and text progress reports including the pictures. Interaction with my insurance company was seemless. I also appreciated my vehicle being cleaned. All in all I was very satisfied with the process and results.

Allison was beyond stellar! She went out of her way to make sure I had the answers I needed when I needed them. I was travelling between Canada and the US and she made it no problem to be in constant contact with contact with me. I especially am impressed with how she negotiated with my rental car company. I picked the car up in Burlington WA and she found a way to have the $50-$200 alternate drop off fee waived. Allison Rocks. Also the they not only fixed my issues from the break in on my car but also cleaned it impeccably. I highly recommend using Gerber Collision for all you automotive needs. They'll back get you bathe Road.

"I went to several shops for estimates. One shop was "Too busy" to even look at the car and the other shops quoted $2,000 to $3,000 . Joshua not only looked at my car immediately but he also provided another much less expensive option for repair. He took the time to listen and understand the situation and repaired the car to a near perfect condition for less than $300! The folks there are friendly, helpful and honest. I won't bother going anywhere else for collision/glass repair in the future. Great job."

I had gone to three different auto body repair shops for estimates on a slightly dented passenger door and front panel. Also, my mirrror on the same side had the shell of itself cracked and was just hanging on the car by luck. I Gerber gave me the lowest estimate. There was another auto repair shop with a close price, however, Gerber had a deal going on for $100 off or a free car rental. That made my decision to go to Gerber, over a local and family owned shop (which I love to support). I spoke with Allison Harget (estimater), and she was pleasant to deal with. She was upfront, honest, and even called a recking yard to save me some money on a new mirror. She really went above and beyond for me. She had worked out the car rental so it was a breeze. My car was done exactly when they had said initially. Unfortuanatly, I worked until 5:30 ... (Gerber closing time). I called Allison to figure out what to do. She stayed late just for me so that I could get my car back. Now, I;m stuck with the rental car and they closed 30 minutes after Gerber. Allison called Enterprise personally and had worked out a deal for me to leave the key to the rental car with her and she would have Enterprise pick it up the following morning. Since it was late when I picked up my car, it was dark and I could not see the repair. Allison said to take a look in the morning and let her know if I have any comments on their work, good or bad. The next morning I realized that my passanger window did not roll down from my driver side button, and the mirror was not completely flush to the car. I called Allison again, she was so nice and said bring your car in when you can so we can look at it. I arrived shortly before their closing time, they took a quick look and said, we can fix that in just a few minutes. About 10 minutes later, my car was back, with everything looking and working perfectly. I was happy that they had fit me in so quickly and last minute, but they satill insisted on giving me a $25 visa card. I thought that was great! Good business. I was very happy with the service I got at Gerber Collision. They were very nice and even helped me with getting my rental car since i had never done that before. They made the process super easy for me. My car was in the shop for a week and i liked that they kept me updated with the work done. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to others. Joshua gave me a bid, we scheduled a time, he told me how long it would take, I brought the car in, it was done faster than stated and they did more than I expected for the amount quoted! You guys are rock stars! Allison and Josh were both extremely accommodating. My collision repair was done a day earlier than they originally estimated, and the car was fully detailed inside and out when I picked it up! When I had a question after the repair, the response was quick!! I've spent nearly 20 years working in the service industry, and I know excellent customer service when I see it. These folks take care of their customer - they are doing it RIGHT! THANK YOU!!

I was very emotional about damage to my Toyota Camry after an unfortunate, untimely, accident. I was VERY comfortable with any recommendation by my FARMERS INS., but Gerber was the most personable, and DEFINITELY THE BEST repair facility I could have ever chosen! The repair was PERFECT, attention to the minutest detail, and very well explained. The paint matched perfectly and the car looks like very professional attention was given it! The manager and staff kept me informed, and promptly called when my car was finished--even earlier than anticipated. I would recommend this Gerber facility in Bellingham very highly to any family or friend!!!
