Very good service and attitude from your Bellingham shop. Kevin even did a bit extra when I asked him about a separate issue that I failed to discuss with him when we were initially defining the work. Although it added very little to the scope, he took care of it without adjusting his estimate.

I have had several collision repairs over the years and I can truthfully say that this was the most enjoyable one. The people are really friendly. The moment you walk in you are treat like a friend not just a customer. The office is clean and interesting with pictures on the walls. The job was done when promised and I thought the price for repair was very reasonable. I would not hesitate in going back the next time I need repairs. I will certainly recommend Gerbers on Monroe Street, in Bellingham, WA as a great place to go when you need repairs.

After my wife avoided a deer and hitting a curb HARD (basically taking out all of the right front components, i.e., suspension, axle, tire, rim, strut, knuckle, headlight, etc., I brought our new car into Gerber Auto Collision on a Monday morning, via Ameriprise's recommendation. Unknown to my wife and I, the General Manager. Kevin Wolfe, worked until 6pm that evening examining and completiing the damage estimate for our insurance adjuster. Well within 24 hours he had all the damages documented, estimated, parts ordered and relevant information sent to our insurance company. We thought this would take several days, not less than two! As a result, Ameriprise Auto insurance had the check, minus our deductable, in the mail within 72 hours! It was beautiful, not to mention hassle free, efficient, and quick. We had anticipated our vehicle ... being out of commission for at least an entire work week. Instead, the only delay we experienced was waiting on the claim check to arrive, something not in his control. This gentleman was On It, Period! Otherwise, we would have had our vehicle out of there that Saturday! I've already represented Mr. Wolfe and your company to Ameriprise, our friends, and family, in the event their vehicles were damaged and they desired expediency, professionalism, and great repair work. When we retrieved our car (2009 Dodge Caliber) not only was it repaired perfectly, it looked like we were driving it off the show room floor again. Words don't express the gratitude for the diligence, professionalism, and work they performed. As I mentioned earlier, if we had not been waiting on the claim check to arrive in the mail, we would have had our car Satuday, just five days after dropping it off. Amazing in light of the extensive damage that was inflicted on our vehicle. Since this is our commuter car, we are thrilled to have it back so soon after dropping it off. We have never experienced work completed so fast and professionally in all of our years driving. Thank you, and be sure to hold on to this employee, because to have an employee with such a work ethic these days is difficult to find and retain. Great job guys, sincerely. Not to mention, my wife is estatic at how nice the car looks and runs....what deer, seriously. With this kind of professional service, I would anticipate more business coming your way. My daughter had a fender bender with her first car; the value of the restored-to-factory-condition was worth more than the car. Tim at the Bellingham store figured out a way to repair the car so that it was safe to drive, and still nice to look at for an affordable price. Kevin was in charge of the repair, and was completely responsive and helpful. The repair looks really good--not essential, but deeply appreciated by my 16 year old! I really like using a smaller shop, and would return for additional service in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your service and great work! In selecting the location of the service, the Bellingham shop wasn't listed--but the shop formerly known as Bellingham Collision repair just off of Iowa St. is where I received the service.
