I just had my 2008 Ford Fusion repaired after a guy ran into the back of my car when I was stopped, and I am very happy with the service, professionalism and quality of work - from start to finish. Joshua and Kevin were friendly and went beyond the call of duty to make a bad situation go smoothly and a lot better than I could imagine it would. They worked with the guys insurance after I put the claim in (nationwide), arranged my rent-a-car with convenient drop off service, completed the job on time as promised, gave me a vacumn and car wash, and did an excellent job on the work, blending the paint, etc. (you cannot tell the car was ever damaged).A bad situation, had a great experince! From the start with dealing with Nationwide isurance down to the final details on getting the car fix. This shop exceeded my expectations. I went to Gerber Collision in Bellingham, Wa as a referral by my insurance company, USAA. Kevin Wolfe answered the phone when I first called and was able to see my car right away. He even took my car in the same day and had the work on my bumper completed by the next day. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience and even called me the next day to check in!

Someone backed into my parked car. Kevin gave me an estimate without my having to make an appt. and lower than the other estimate the driver asked me to get. I took my car in at 8 am and it was finished by 2:30 pm--and sparkling clean inside and out. Great service and quality.

We needed to get our bumper fixed up because someone ran into our car who was from Canada. XXXX Insurance Company can be a real pain to work with but Gerber was willing to work with them. They did a great job on our car and took car of all of the insurance billing stuff. I would recommend them for sure
