I have never been in a accident but was given 2 choices to have my truck repaired after I hit a deer and did some major damage to my front end. It was a very professional experience and I would recommend Gerber to everyone that wants a quality job to their vehicle with professional employees. A special thanks to Becky and Song who always had a smile on their face and greeted me like I was a important customer. No waiting no paperwork to hassle. They excided my expectations. My truck was actually finished 3 days before I was told it would be complete and as I am very picky I could not find one thing wrong with the repair. I would strongly recommend this company to repair your vehicle unless you don't like friendly courteous workers and a super quality job.

Top notch service by friendly, well-qualified, sincere and dedicated employees! Shawn W. told us about when the car would ready, both the soonest and the latest. He called to let us know when the soonest date wasn't going to happen and then the next day to let know that it would be ready the next day. That was earlier than the latest day! The repair made the care look as good as new at the repaired area. As promised the car was fully washed.And much to our surprise, vacuumed. We would refer friends and family to Gerber!

I took my car in to Gerber Collision after getting another estimate at a local car dealership that said it would be almost $1000 to fix my quarter panel. Song and his team looked at my car, straightened out a bracket, tightened it up and sent me on my way... at no cost! That is amazing customer service! I'll send everyone I know to them. They are honest and do great work!

They are very efficient and timely in their work in every way. Their paper work leaves no question as to what's going to be done, when it is to be done, and how much it will cost. Their work on my car has always been very satisfactory. I also find the staff their very friendly and helpful. They are honest and go out of their way to help their customers.

outstanding customer service and great work. My brand new truck was hit pretty good, and this company not only made it look brand new but they worked with the insurance company and rental company to ensure i was properly taken care of. The staff was exceptional. Song Bui did an amazing job and keeping me informed twice a week on the status of m vehicle. If he was away Shawn was there to answer any questions I had. Becky was also very nice in making sure I was well taken care of. Overall I give the service of the company an A+. Hopefully I will not have to return but if I do I know that I will be in good hands, Thank you again Song B. and the rest of the staff in making sure I was treated fairly and well informed!

I can't say enough good things about this shop and the staff. I have used Gerber at least 4 times in the past 5 years and they have never let me down. Becky is always so friendly and helpful getting my service scheduled, calling for Enterprise to come pick me up, etc. Shawn and Song are both great to work with. Explaining what is going to be done, always setting reasonable expectations, updates throughout the process, etc. I will continue to use as well as recommend Gerber to my friends. Thanks to you all.
