The strip that surrounds the rear side window on our Lexus 330 came off. Yesterday I stopped at Gerber in Burlington, WA and talked with Darrell T. asking if he could fix it. He was very polite as we looked at my car and told me if I would like to have a seat in their waiting room he would fix it for me right then. I was surprised about 5 minutes later when he came back in and told me it was done. All this and no charge! So I want you to know how much I appreciated such good service. You have a great guy there!
