My car was damaged by a tanker-carrier liability for which was accepted by the carrier, rather than having to go through my own insurance carrier. Cedar J. in the Burlington store inspected the car, took pictures and gave me what I felt was a very good quote - she contacted the carrier and arranged for that firm to pay her, directly, using their company credit card - she was professional and knowledgeable and did everything she could to assure my complete satisfaction. I was most pleased and will contact her, again, when the time comes for me to have the car detailed or in the event I ever need any other of your services

I was called for a phone survey and chose to not answer some questions and apparently that lowers the score for the office that did my work. That was not my intention. I did get a call from the Burlington office and they clarified that. I was told someone would call to redo the survey and I have not received a call. My service was excellent and I don't have anything negative to state about my experience or there customer service. Cedar Schroder was extremely efficient and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. A true professional and genuinely made me feel I was her only customer!

We were rear ended in Seattle, while attending the boat show.We stayed in Anacortes for the night so my husband could catch a ferry home, and I could get estimates for the damage.Out of 6 phone calls, Gerber was the only that answered They got me in for an estimate that Saturday, and the car was fixed by the next weekend(4 day's total). Their great customer service left me with peace of mind. I would rate the them a 5 for great all around service. Thank You!

Gerber Collision was wonderful to me after my car accident. Even when Liberty Mutual was holding off for the three weeks before assuming liability, Cedar worked with me and kept in the loop of what was happening. I would go back to this collision shop if I ever needed body work done and I would definately recommend to friends and family.

Cedar was truly amazing! She kept me informed and worked really well with Toyota to make sure that my car was repaired as close to pre-collision condition as was possible. She even went so far as to make sure someone was there for me to pick up on Saturday. She always treated me with respect and care. I really appreciate her work and care.
