This was my first time on just a random Google search. Every interaction was top notch, Robert was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn't realize that the shop closed at noon, there was another gentlemen from the shop itself that was awesome too though I forget his name (Felix?). In any event, bother were quick to get me in for service! I would recommend this location for their exceptional first impression. I intend to do much more business with them as well!

I had my car repaired after an accident and one of the parts installed failed, Robert S. and Gabriel R. went above and beyond to warranty the repair and make certain my car was running in tip top shape. Ive been dealing with Robert S. and his crew for a few years now and hes always gone out of his way to be professional and courtious even when he had 80 things going on at once. I had work done on my car about 3 years ago. About a week ago, I had a small issue with my car and it just needed a quick weld on the chrome tip of the exhaust. I called up Robert and Priscilla and they helped me out that next Monday! I was in and out in 30 minutes, rather than my dealer who wanted to buy new parts and keep me carless for a week (Not to mention the price for those new parts) for a small cosmetic issue. I appreciate the help!

i just want to say what an exceptional job and exceptional employee you have in Robert S., at your Carrollton location. I had a ding to my 2015 BMW. I did not want to submit to insurance, so I self-paid. Robert gave me a GREAT price!! He was so accommodating and friendly and the repairs look wonderful!! I highly recommend Gerber and Robert S.

Working with Robert S and Priscilla S was a great experience. My car was done in a very timely manner. It looks like it just came off the show room floor. This is one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen and Robert showing me the step process, eased my mind a lot. The customer service is by far amazing! Gerber was recommended to me for the PDR that my car needed after my 5 year old niece used a rock to draw on my car. I would recommend this place to anyone, no matter the distance I would be more than willing to drive back to this place for any repair needs. The service was amazing and the turn around was much faster than the estimated time. They told me it would be at least a week for my car to be completed and they called me the day after I dropped it off to let me know that it had already been painted and they were just waiting on a few parts to arrive and it was essentially completed in 3-4 days. Will was completely up front and informative with every detail and made sure I knew the updates on my car. GREAT SERVICE!!!! SECOND TO NONE!!!!

I walked in and was greeted by Priscilla. She quickly got Robert S. to the front to help me. I scraped my door on a curb and made a good crunching sound, and showed Robert where it was. He said to get it fixed it would only take 10 minutes. Fortunately it only required touch up, and I acknowledge that's why it would only take a few minutes. I'm extremely pleased with the Carrollton Gerber Collision and Glass. People like Priscilla and Robert make what would otherwise be an unpleasant experience very comfortable and stress free. I was a customer of this autobody shop before the Gerber acquisition and am happy that the quality of repairs and people has not diminished. I'll continue being a customer of this shop (though hopefully I don't have to return because that means I'll have wrecked or damaged my car, heh) for a very long time.

A better job: Impossible! Got back my car 2 hours earlier than expected, ... and at a cost slightly lower than in the initial estimate : ) Very good contact and professional attitude from everybody, including John V., General Manager and Robert S., Estimator.Last positive point: I liked a lot to be informed of the status of the repair by Text message! A very good job. I hope I will never come back but if needed I know where I will go!
