We were directed by Erie Insurance to get my daughter's car Toyota PRIUS repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Stephanie who handled the repairs. Stephanie helped me keep my costs down while choosing the important repairs to be done, since I was paying out of pocket. My car looked great when I picked it up and was very clean, inside and out. The paint job looks great and I don't see any signs of the damage that needed to be repaired. Having a free rental car for the week was a great help as well. I'll refer my friends and will return if I need any body work in future. Thank you!!!

Great place. We fixed our Honda Accord there. We received a list of collision shops from the insurance company. Checked all of them and were impressed by Stephanie at Gerber who greeted us. We worked with Stephanie throughout the entire process. Her patience and customer service is top notch. She listened to everything we had to say and made sure all of our concerns are addressed above and beyond. The car is fixed and spotless.
