I was very pleased in the service that Andrew gave me at the Gerber Collision and Glass. Immediately they had Enterprises waiting for me to give me a car during the time of repair. Very informative on what it will take to get it finished and a time frame of what it would take. He was very accurate on that also. t Though there was more work to be done after they took the car a part I felt they stayed right on top of it and informed me again in the middle of repairing it. Never the less it came out beautiful and you cant even tell I was in an accident. This car means so much to me after not being able to drive in 40 years and having them taking care of it I see it was in good hands. thank you Gerber!

"If you can have a good experience after an accident, I did. Gerber did a great job fixing the damage to my van and working with me to only fix what needed to be done -- the vehicle is 9 years old with close to 150,000 miles and making it look "brand new" was not something I was willing to pay for. There were some necessary repairs that had to occur so that the new glass could be installed correctly and the quality of those repairs exceeded my expectations I had a big soft dent in the lift gate and now from 10+ feet away it doesn't even look damaged. I very much appreciate that Gerber was willing to do a "partial" repair to get me back on the road quickly. This saved me $900! I would HIGHLY recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs collision or glass repair."

I was extremely pleased with my service at Gerber. I'm new to the state, and so had NO idea of where to take my minivan when I was in need of collision repair. When my insurance company recommended Gerber, I was skeptical (not knowing where it was, whether it was a hole-in-the wall, etc). But I went with it anyway (convenient to be able to schedule the appointment right away through the insurance call). And I was really pleased when I went to pick up my better-than-before vehicle on Friday. The interior detailing was a nice touch. Although I was upset about getting into an accident and having to have car repair work done at all, it was a special treat to be taken care of so well and come back to my fresh and clean car. If I know of someone who may need collision repair work done, I will have no reservations about recommending Gerber to ... them. Additionally, if (heaven forbid) I need future repair work done, I would immediately call Gerber! Thanks, guys! read more
