George Perry and his team were outstanding in their perfromance and communicatioin.\ I brought my car in with water damage in the carpet I believed was caused by the windows being left open during a stiorm. George called me when he found water in the car wh. The seats and carpet had been removed.. Cause of leak was clogged drains in the sunroof ! I have Parkinson's Disease and George dropped me off and picked me up whenn my car was ready. I give George Perry and his staff a 15 on a 1-19 scale. Thyanks, Joe Kapsch 919-461-1625

They did a WONDERFUL job!!! They were speedy, efficient, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I really appreciated Katie calling me every couple of days to update me on the progress of the repair bc I needed my car back as soon as possible and they respected that. The turn around between the accident and repair was less than a week. Keep up the great work!

I went to Gerber to get my car repaired and everyone was so nice .They knew what need to be done, wrote the estimate told me when to bring the car back for repairs and when to pick it up ,they even called before time to let me know..how the work was comming along.I have never had someone so thoughtful an nice. Gerber Collision in Cary was wonderful! The staff was so nice and they kept me updated on the status of my car the whole time it was getting repaired. Also, they got my car fixed in less than the estimated time which was a nice surprise. In addition my car looked great. I REALLY enjoyed coming here (recommended by my Volvo mechanics) and would come back again...knock on wood :) I normally do not write reviews but I went ahead and started this feedback because I was so happy with the work; and, most importantly the staff at Cary's Gerber Collison & Glass!
