The person (Gail) at the reception desk made my day! She's very friendly and helpful. She took care of all the things necessary, including calling the rental company. The car check in did not take more than 5 minutes. I was picked up by the rental company another 5 minutes later. That's customer service! Thanks Gail!

When i walked into ger collision i was so friendly and warmly greeted by the receprionist gail she made me feel as though my car was the only car being serviced gail has a very concerning disposition about her which made me feel i picked the best collision company in cary nc. Her smile is very infectious. The company staff was great explained step by step what was to be done in the best interest of me and my car of ever i know of anyone in need of collision repair gerber collision will be the first to come to mind they truely know what customer satifaction means to the fullest ,not to mention the quality ans craftmanship they provide. The staff at Gerber was exceptional. The service was stellar--my car looks amazing! I wanted to commend Gail as her demeanor was always friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. I wanted to mention that while I was waiting for my car to be finished, I noticed Gail walking back and forth to a printer very frequently as it was located away from her desk (in the middle of the room). I imagined how tired I would feel if I had to travel back and forth so frequently. However, for Gail, she always had a smile on her face despite the constant trips away from her desk to make copies on this printer. May I make a small suggestion that may help with Gail's productivity? A purchase of a desktop printer, which would be placed near Gail's desk, would be beneficial so she can easily print items without leaving the desk/phone area and greatly ... improve her efficiency with her daily work. Desktop printers seem to be very inexpensive these days. Lastly, I want to let you know that I will continue to highly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends and colleagues for your excellence craftsmanship and customer service. My car got rear ended and both insurance companies (mine and other party) referred me to Gerber in Cary. So far the experience is great. I just dropped off the car today. Gail the service specialist/scheduler was great. Jon the person who took me in was great. Very pleasant atmosphere. Great people.
