This was my first time in an accident and Gerber was the first collision place I called. The staff there were beyond helpful and courteous especially Gail she does her job well and she goes above and beyond for you to help you thru all your vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place !!!!

The team at Gerber Collision & Glass in Cary are absolutely awesome! Gail was absolutely amazing! She assured me when my car would be fixed, and handled my insurance information to make sure that I was covered and that everything would be taken care of. This was the first accident I have ever been in, and the process could not have been smoother thanks to Gail and her team at Gerber. :) Thank you guys!

Excellent service by Gail the receptionist in coordinating repair and painting of my vehicle. Gail is very friendly, easy to work with and efficient. Elaine is a true professional. She accessed the damage to my vehicle and provided appropriate repair course of action. Price was reasonable and comparable to similar shops in area.

Gail, Lee, Jamie, and the entire team at Gerber Collision and Glass made the bad experience of damage to my car a thing of the past. Gail was wonderful, and she wasted no time getting my car in for the work. I called several times just to check on the status of my car, and she never made me feel like a pest. She was always reassuring, informative, and friendly. The others I spoke with (Lee, Jamie, and one other young man whose name I don't recall) were all very kind, supportive, and always had time to check on the progress of my car. When I went to pick it up, they went out of their way to get it ready before rush hour; and the car looks new again! I couldn't be more satisfied. Gerber in Cary NC is first rate. I highly recommend them.
