I had two cars repaired at Gerber and was very pleased both times. Cars were completed in less time than estimated, and they look almost new! Staff was very pleasant and helpful (especially Terri). They answered all my questions, and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

I was really impressed with the quality of work done by Gerber Collision after someone damaged one of my rear lights and rear bumper. Joe (Gerber's adjuster I believe) was great and looked over the damage. And then the actual work was impressive. With my new bumper and rear light, the car looks like it had, and actually even better. Appreciate the work very much.

I have always liked Gerber collision! Anytime I have gotten into a accident they repair it like brand new. Always been great to the customers even if they are upset there vehicle has been damaged. I had a great experience there specially picking up my truck. Couple things I noticed but the didn't hesitate to fix it. I haven't chosen any other company bc they have always treated me like family.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. After signing the paper work they rode with me to work so they could take my car back for repairs afterwards. Paid what I was quoted. It was done within the time frame they told me. Car looked great!

I am truly pleased how my car turned out after the auto body repair work. Got my car back in the time frame it was promised. I was some what hesitant in taking it in, only because I didn't really know anything about Gerber Collision. These folks has truly done me well. I have been a customer at Gerber Auto body repair, once for extreme hail damage and another time for a small dent and scratch. Both of my visit have had excellent costumer service, and the associates dealing with the claim have been knowledge and estimates have been accurate. When I received both my vehicles back from repair they looked like brand new and I was completely satisfied with the service received. I would highly suggest Gerber for any body damage issues large or small.
