No insurance was used to pay for repairs. Randy at the Chesterton location informed that if no insurance would be utilized, Gerber had coupons on their website that could be utilized. This was a helpful tidbit. Completed work looks good. The guys even touched a small rock dent per my request - that was helpful since the car is only a few months old.

Gerber Collision & Glass did an excellent job in painting my pickup cap. It looks like a brand new cap. Randy was very good in explaining the job that had to be done and the time it would take to complete. They also kept me informed on their progress in completing the work.

I was very impressed with the service I recieved at Gerber Collision & Glass in Chesterton. My SUV was rear-ended by a semi truck. The finished product was beautiful, and the employees that worked with me were always friendly.I really appreciated the regular update phone calls I recieved from the staff. Very professional! Shop was very clean! I asked for a quote for my 2010 Toyota Camery and was given 2 options and a bonus....gave me website to download a coupon for $100.00 off repairs over $500.00 w/o insurance claim! Plus a second coupon for a free car rental for up to 5 days! I've never been offered this type of discount for repairs ever! What a nice surprise which I did take advantage of the the $100.00 off but my repair was fixed in 2 days so I didn't need a rental car! All of the employees I spoke with both in person and over the phone were very professional and pleasant. I am referring a co-worker for repairs on their vehicle as well. I would not hesistate to return for any repair work in the future!
