AWESOME!!!! the guys at your Chesterton location did an outstanding job, being a painter myself, I can see things others wouldnt......did an absolutely great job of blending the paint!!!!! And the girl doin the detailing before delivery, A+, the car was immaculate when I got it back!!!!! KUDOS to everyone at this location, was treated very good by all!!!!

Ive never had to handle a accident repair, & Gerber did a great job on my repair and made the experiences less stressful for me. They did excellant job on repair and had it done a day b-4 I even expected. Hope to never have a claim again but If I happen to I will be coming back to your shop. Office personal was very friendly also. THANKS!

I highly recommend Gerber Collision to everyone that would require work to be done on their vehicles.. I unfortunalty have had to have 2 collision repairs (neither my fault) done, but no other place to have it performed! The people are friendly, helpful, and try to get it done as soon as possible and still be completely correct. I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to Randy Schoon at the above location, as he goes beyond and above the call of duty!! No one else out there that I would trust my SUv with, and I am a super anal person with my vehicles and love love them! All I have to tell Randy, when I need it and he tries to get it done before that date, ie, we are leaving on vacation soon and heading towards the mountains, the damage that was done was extensive and left me very skeptical that it could be repaired to specs so as not to have ... problems down the road. He spend extra time with the SUV as well as Lupe Gonzalez to make sure it was 100% running and within Toyota specs. It looks great, a few other ends to tie up that need to be done by Toyota, but she is ready to go! I will miss dealing with them, but under the circumstances of why, hope its mot any time soon! I will make sure that I drop by now and then to say hello and again, I always refer people to Gerber, never have had a problem, and if I find something, they take care of it as soon as possible. I have a 2006 GTO that is very diffucult to match the paint. I belong to a GTO forum and have witnessed numerous horror repair jobs on member's cars. The repair and paint job on my car was excellent, completed on time, and looks better than when I brought the car. I will post these comments on the forum for any car guys looking for a great place to get their car's repaired.

Gerber in Chesteron, IN did a fine job repairing my brand new 2012 Ford Focus. Although there were some delays, Randy Schoon and Lupe Gonzalez were great about communicating what was going on. initial contact was great. the office actually facilitated and quicken the process with the insurance company...we paid for some extra work to be done and were pleased...we will go back for a touch-up that we thought we talked about, but may have missed...overall experience was good...had a small mishaps with our personal check, but nothing that time and patience didn't work out. thank you

Randy School is the best. This is my second time working with Randy. I would recommend Gerber based solely on Randy's customer service. He's very thorough explaining what repairs need to be done as well as what was done when picking up the car. He's courteous and patient with customers. The work completed looks fantastic and was completed a day sooner than estimated. It's also nice to know that if anything needs to be adjusted, it will be handled quickly without question. The cashier was thorough and courteous, too.
