The staff here was incredibly professional and pleasant. I really appreciated their regular check-in calls to keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle. I'm very happy with the work they've done. While I would have (of course) preferred NOT to have needed these repairs in the first place (a hit and run driver plowed into my parked car), I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received at this Gerber location. Thank you

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship done on my 2011 Toyota , Sienna Van. I take good care of my autos and its always been garage kept. when I picked up my auto it looked as if I drove it out of the dealer in 2011. The service manager, Rafael bent over backwards making sure I was pleased with my auto. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends . Much thanks to the Gerber team on 3518 W. 63rd st. Chgo. for their fine work and keeping me informed of the progress they were making on my auto.

To whom it may concern, I had to let u guys know about the exceptional service i recieved from your store manager at your 63rd street location in Chicago. His name is Rafael G., he is one of the most intelligent, customer 1st focused, patient, knowledge guy i have ever came in contact with in a public facility. Although it was after hours when i came to pick up my 2004 Chevy Blazer there was no rush, he told me everything that was done to my vehicle to repair it, my truck was vacuumed, washed and cleaned like never before, air freshened out and the work performed made my front end look totally brand new and my overall vehicle feel so much better. I really hope that this review reaches the right person so that Rafael and is team is recognized for the superb service that they give because they deserve it!!

My car looks like new and is beautiful. Everything in my experience with Gerber Collision has A+.......top notch. Everyone was professional, friendly and very considerate and cooperative. The office in Matteson, Illinois took my car in and then it was towed to the 63rd location. WONDERFUL AND THANK YOU! I also posted before and after pictures of my car on Facebook and left the web address for all to connect with.....Very grateful to have my car back looking spiffy and awesome! A very satisfied client!

Experience: my expectations were great at Gerber collision Great customer service my rating is 5 stars...Lady front desk Norma was really helpful and my estimator Dulce Chavez was really patient and answer my questions and was keeping me updated with my car process. Also a young men name Alex was really helpful as well he explained to me the procedure of my car and what they exactly did to it. My experience was great at Gerber collision at 63rd st Chicago Illinois, I highly recommend this place the work they did on my car Chevy Camaro silver looks amazing parts where already there before i drop my car off and it only took them 2 days to fixed. Wonderful professional and fast service. Everything was explained very thoroughly and whenever I had any questions they were more than happy to answer them. I brought in my car for some serious repairs and they were all fixed within a week. Would highly recommend to everyone.
