Bob and the crew at Gerber Collision are awesome! I got my car back looking better than when i bought it 5 years ago. I actually feel like i have a new car! I was able to track the repair through their online "Repair View", where they would upload pictures of the car as it was being fixed everyday. It was fun to see the repair progress. I can't recommend Gerber and team enough!

The estimate process was easy and all necessary repairs were explained thoroughly; they were even able to start work immediately and in no time I had my car back -- it looked brand new. Just beautiful work -- also I can't tell you how much I appreciated the interior being cleaned too -- the dealer usually does this for me about once a month and by comparison my dealer had been a horrible, lousy job. Even the inside looked like new. Appreciate all he text updates too -- never had anyone do that before. Thanks so much

I had the misfortune of being in two accidents within a couple weeks. The team at the Elston location made an unfortunate situation much easier. Jennifer at the front desk was so pleasant to deal with, Raphael was such a sweetheart giving me a ride home and picking me up when the repairs were completed each time. My estimator Ryan kept me updated throughout the whole process and they even got the car done early on both occasions. That is only speaking about the excellent service so far, but the work that they did on my car was absolutely flawless. It came back looking better than it did before the accident, and they even cleaned it for me!! Thank you to all the staff at the Elston location. I hope I don't need it again, but if I do need my car fixed again I know where I will be going!!

I had my van fixed at the Gerber Elston location, and the staff there was so helpful. Originally the claim was going through my insurance company and they wanted to total the car. The other party's insurance company ended up accepting liability on the crash, and due to the work of Ryan my estimator, we were able to have our van fixed and given back to us. As a 92 year old man, getting a new car was not something I was ready to do. From Jennifer at the front desk to the other estimator Bob, they were all so helpful in making a difficult process much easier. Not only did they make the process easier for us, they also did a fantastic job in repairing my van. If I ever need anything, I know where I will be going. Thank you to everyone at the Elston location!!!

Had a hit and run when my car was parked and my driver's rear end bumper was damaged. Gerber Collision & Glass called me the next day after my claim was processed by my insurance company to schedule an estimate appointment (that took about 10-15 min). They worked with my schedule and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They had my car all fixed and ready (and they cleaned it too!) within a couple hours after I dropped it off. The receptionist Jennifer answered all my questions and was an absolutely lovely woman. Ryan F. was professional, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. It's refreshing to know there are still nice people out there. Thanks so much Gerber Collision & Glass for all your help getting my car back to tip top shape :)

Ryan did an excellent job keeping me posted about the status of my vehicle. He made me feel at ease during a frustrating situation. Erica the receptionist did a great job answering any questions I had. She even offered me coffee which I desperately needed that morning. (She could probably tell) I would definitely highly "wreck-ommend" you guys! Great job!

Gotta say, these guys were great. my car of one year got dinged and after looking at reviews, I decided to go to Gerber. Well going in with trepidation Ryan basically took me by the hand and showed me what would need to be done and said everything will be taken care of. They even had it done before the 4 days he thought they needed. Gave me daily updates even. Just picked up my car and it truly looks like nothing had happened to it. Great job guys thanks. Oh and the other women there, I think Jennifer and the new one, I'm old and forgot her name, were both super helpful. Everyone was smiling and talked like they knew what they were doing and proved it. In short, thinking this would be an ordeal was easy peasy because of these people and company.
