I had a wonderful experience with Gerber, the estimator at Gerber Chris F. was wonderful, Thanks Chris. My brand new 2017 Subaru Outback was in a tornado on August 6, 2017 in Tulsa OK while on vacation. The car had windows blown out and body damage on 100% of the car and Gerber got it looking like a brand new car again. Hopefully I will never need to go back to get another care repaired but if I did I would definitely go back to Gerber

Met with Amanda who knew the ins and outs of auto repair with a smile and a friendly but efficient manner..Phone calls were answered quickly and with pertinent information. The receptionist was quick to help and made the writing of the $1000.00 insurance deductible check less painful...we laughed about our hair do problems . I would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of great service....Unfortunately with my driving record i'll probably be back soon...Thank you sue anne copeland

I had an awesome experience with the Halsted/Chicago shop. Chris and Madison were great to work with. They wer professionall at all times. These two individuals are the type of employees a company needs to retain and value. They both "Raised the Bar" in my opinion on customer service The type of Customer Service I have not seen in quite sometime. A personal thanks to the two of you for making this repair process a great experience and executed flawlessly!

The customer service was outstanding! I was able to set up an appointment and they ended up inspecting my car, which only took about 30 minutes. I left my car and they actually got the job done early. I was sent updates via text message and also received a call. The repairs look great and everything is functioning.

Very good customer service! Chris was good with explaining what was going to be done to the vehicle as well as what could be expected after they had the vehicle. Madison was good also very informative and gracious. As an added bonus the vehicle was ready two days early! Very good looking job with the bumper.

Gerber did a wonderful job on my Honda CR-V. The rental process went smoothly and Chris F. was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable and left me update messages which I really appreciated. The woman at the front desk was also very nice and very helpful. I'm sorry I do not know her name. The Enterprise rental rep was also very professional and helpful. Gerber definitely made a difficult time much easier. Thank you.
