I went to the Gerber Collision in Chicago and had a fantastic service experience. Unfortunately, I think we are all becoming accustomed to poor service recently, and Gerber not only met, but exceeded my expectations. They made everything so easy for me to get some major repairs completed and even checked in along the way while they had my car. GREAT communication, service and the work was very well done as well!

I was so surprised. I never had as excellent service in any business in Chicago, Ihad had here. from getting a rental to the finished product, my van. the customer service was excellent. Dan, who handled my insurance case, was so wonderful and helpful in everyway.

Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process, calling to let me know the status of my repair several days before it was due to be completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was an unexpected delay. Sam did everything he could to speed the process along, and also went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy, making me fresh coffee and offering a variety of options to deal with the delay in the way that was most convenient for me.
