I was amazed when I picked up my car. It looked brand new. I never used Gerber Collision before but heard about them from a friend and family member, so I decided to use them, and I am glad that I did.

Received excellent service. Updates frequently and fast service. Met Michael who brought my car out even installed my plates! Very cordial and professional staff. Car rental on premises is a plus! I am very happy with the services received.

Luis Q. was such a great help and went above & beyond the customer service I expected. I got to Gerber right before closing and he made sure to stay later to get the work done to my car that was needed. I really appreciated his help and I will be sure to go back to Gerber for any car services in the future.

Less than 5 days from initial inspection/estimate until I picked up my car. It looks like new! Tom S. walked me through the inspection, reason for photos, unseen damage possibility and projected time frame. Jessica kept me in the loop during the entire process with timely updates and pick up times. They even got the grease spot out of my passenger side seat ( I was driving so that's not on me! :) )They also, unbeknownst to me, fixed the handle on my lift gate which was apparently missing a clip (or clips). I was pleasantly surprised. In total, the entire experience could not have been any easier, well coordinated or executed. And I know if any problem should occur, that it will be taken care of. I was blown away with your service and would definitely recommend you to anyone!

They took the time to walk me through the steps and made certain that I understood what to expect - not only the work but the insurance/payment. I just cannot express enough what a fantastic job Gerber has done !! It was such an easy, super friendly, very professional and stress free experience. The entire staff were there to take care of my every need when it came to my vehicle. All of my questions and concerns were answered and my car was done in two days. The quality of the work is superb and I was treated with such a supreme respect and friendliness that I have nothing but rave reviews for all my new friends at this awsome auto body shop. Most definately recommended. You will be satisfied!!!!!

My experience with Gerber collision was supremely proffesional and super friendly. The quality of work on my vehicle was just perfect. I do definately reccomend this auto body shop to anyone looking for the best experience in a tough situation when an accident happens. My car rental was ready for me right there in the same shop.
