I have to say that this was a first for me. My car was hit while parked and to my suprise the guy who hit me left a note. I called him and got his insurance company. Not knowing where to take my car for repairs his insurance co. Farmers suggested Gerber in Norwood park il. Andi Molina settled me down and really took hold of what would happen. Andi was just great. I told her I would write a poem of my experience. So here it is. Good company. Will recommend. They did a great job replacing my door and front fender. Alexis was especially helpful when I came in three weeks later needing an adjustment and he took care of it right then without questions and hassles.

This is the third time this year we have been to Gerber. My son's car was hit twice during the summer and now my was hit last week. I would not take my car any where else and I have told everyone I know. Alexis and Andi, along with everyone else are magnificent. Their care and concern is outstanding and they should receive the gold star for customer service. Thank you so much for taking care of both my son and myself.

I cannot thank you for the excellent work done on my Honda Pilot by your staff. Alexis was all over my car making sure that the car looked as good as it did before the girl on the cell phone made a mess of my car! I mean amazing work, thank you!

Good job with the repairs. Friendly office staff and technicans were very meticulous with their craft. The whole process took a long time to repair but it was worth the wait. The repairs look better than new and we notice no difference in the "drive" of the car. There was a lot of unseen damage to the eye and this required getting parts delivered and installed over a holiday weekend and took less than two weeks for the entire process. Good Job Everyone!

My experience with Gerber was effortless. My husband brought my car in on 7/30/12 for an estimate. I was hit by an Allstate insured and Allstate decided to pay me for the claim. After getting the go ahead from Allstate I brought my car in on August 15th and picked it up on August 20th during my lunch. Andrea my estimator dealt directly with the Allstate adjuster for the first estimate and then for the additional work that had to be taken care of because of hidden damage under my front bumper. Allstate sent the second payment directly to Gerber and I signed over the check given to me to Gerber and picked up my car. I was able to leave my rental at Gerber and take my car. Great place to deal with and I would recommend my family and friends to Gerber as well.

My car was rear ended twice. Before I could have the 1st accident taken care of 3 weeks later it was rear ended again. The people at Gerber Collision were just like family, not only taking care of my car but also, me and my concerns. Starting with Alexis Santanna, Andy, the gal at the front desk and John Siggerud could have not done any more than they did. They gave 120% and made me comfortable right from the 1st minute. I would not take my car any where else if something ever happened (I sure hope not). I would highly recommend Gerber to everyone. Thank you, Brian Ziegler
