Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer, but as always, Gerber on Northwest Highway in Chicago did an awesome job on my car. Although they are not one of my insurance company's preferred providers, I once again chose them, and am very pleased with the results. The staff was courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied. My Wife's car looks like new again.Not only did they repair the damage they also took care of some of the other scratches nicks and dents ALL for a very reasonable Price .The staff are great I dealt with AndiMolina and John Siggerud they were very helpful. John even found money in my car and returned it to me and of course my darling Wife left her purse in the waiting room which they secured and returned to me. This is the second time my car or I should say my Wife's car has had collision repair done by Gerber. What more can I say I know the car will probably be damaged again ( My Wife parks the car by the Niles Fitness center) so I'LL just hope for the best and take the car back to Gerber for repairs so my Darling Wife will be Happy so I can be Happy

Thankfully I don't need to have collision repair often but I am so glad I found Gerber when I did need it. I cant say enough nice things about my experience with them. Very friendly service, great at giving updates on car repairs, superior help with rental car. When body work is done and they aren't sure the mechanics of the car are right too, they make sure it gets looked at and repaired. (Where my car was hit it caused damage to struts) They also did all the claims with my insurance so I only needed to pay my deductible. If you need collision repair or auto glass on your car, Gerber is the place to take it. You wont be sorry you called them!! I will most certainly be recommending Gerber to all my family and friends.

The folks at Gerber Auto Repair in the Norwood Park Neighborhood of Chicago were great from the start of the repair process up to the conclusion. They are friendly, respectful, and proffesional. Unfortunately, I've had to go to Gerber quite a few times since I bought my new car in 2005. However, I've been fortunate enough to have Andi there to guide me each time I, or my family, goes in. It's never easy after an accident, but Andi is always supportive and stays in touch with me every step of the way. I'm a repeat customer and even though I've moved, I still go to Gerber! Now, with the start of my new family, we'll be Gerber customers as well :-)

I have to tell I am not a good driver. I have been in 2 accidents this year and both times I have used your body shop to fix my car. I have to say that I have never had such service in my life. I was picked up and driven home the first time ..My car was cleaned inside and out. I had some damage that wasn't part of the insurance claim you guys fixed that to at no charge to me. I LOVE GERBER!!!!! I wish you guys did other things like dry cleaning or ran a chain of grocery stores because know one gives customer service like you.I LOVE GERBER!!!!!! THANKS John & Andi ! You have my business for life and the way I drive I'm gonna need ya!
