Jeff B. went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly for me. He took me home and picked me up when the car was complete. Totally detailed the car. It was a fleet vehicle for work and he made sure the cost didn't go above what he quoted me. This same shop took care of our personal car as well. Both experiences were top notch.

I have had the unfortunate need to utilize Gerber Collision 2 times in the last 2 years but thankfully Earl Bell was assigned to take care of my needs. I can't say enough about the way Earl has treated me and my family, he has demonstrated the model of professionalism and has been great in keeping me informed and always following up in a timely manner on whatever was needed next. I just want to thank Earl again for the great work that was done on my car and his accountability in getting everything he said he was going to do done to my expectations, GREAT JOB Earl!

I just picked up my car and I am very pleased. It looks great. Jeff went over everything in detail when I dropped off my car and again when I picked my car up. He was very helpful and nice. Justice at the front desk is great as well as the other lady, blonde, forgot her name. They made the unpleasant experience of having my car hit seem not so bad. I can't even tell where my car was fixed and the metallic paint was matched perfectly. You have excellent employees at this location. Thank you so much.

I never write comments or reviews, but give credit when a job well done in every way. I am compelled to write this because of the way I felt from beginning to the hand shake and the end. Made me feel like I was the most important. The work was perfect. It was a small job that was treated like top priority. The Manager "sorry his name sliped my mind" paged his specialist for my "had to be fixed" problem. "Ben" I return from a short walk with my dog, and the truck was fixed and adjusted. The nicest people to do business with. Their cost was jaw dropping reasonable. Thanks again Guys and Dolls.

Gerber on Colorado Blvd. provided me the best service for my car repair. Jeff was there every step of the way - he was super nice and took great care of me. He offered genuine help and care the entire time. The front desk staff was also wonderful and very kind. It was a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend contacting them for help!
