I had the greatest service at this Gerber. The guy who helped me, Jeff, was super nice and took great care of me!! I am young and don't know much about cars so I was nervous about being scammed or pressured to pay more than necessary. I never even felt a little bit pressured. He was so nice and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. It was a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend it!!

I met Kim while on vacation and we struck up a conversation where I mentioned that my vehicle had been in an accident. She mentioned that she was employed by Gerber and spoke highly of their services. I told her that my vehicle was already scheduled at a body shop approved by my insurance provider. She told me that Gerber was an approved shop with State Farm as well and had the presence of mind to know the shops schedule for repairs which was better than where I had the vehicle scheduled. On her recommendation, I switched the repairs to Gerber and was extremely satisfied with every member of your team. The vehicle looks great!

An excellent job was performed by the Morrison, Colorado Gerber Collision and Glass. Starting with: Traci L., the polite receptionist Terrah M., who took charge of the estimation with me. John C., the office manager Vojtech, who supervised the worker bees who each knew their job As a self paying customer, I was extremely pleased with their efficiency and speed. Terrah quoted ten days, the service was completed in eight.:-)) She took the time to notify me of the progress during the repair. Your company aborbed the cost of my two day rental as I had visitors from out of town arriving before the completion. The ease your company provided while I was in need of collision repair was outstanding. I will highly recommend yur services to my friends.

Being involved in a automobile accident is a frightening experience. I was grateful there were no injuries but after the accident, I had no idea what the next step was. My USAA insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass. From the first phone call, through the estimate, and finally getting my car back, this has been a remarkable experience. I owe this all to Justice R. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. Justice made me feel, from the beginning, that I was going to be taken care of and the she was there to be my "ambassador" through out the entire process. Just picked up my van after being repaired. They did a fantastic job!! They even cleaned the inside for me. It's cleaner than it's been in years! They did the repairs faster than anticipated. Everyone was extremely nice and the communications were above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time we've used Gerber, and we went there because of Kim G. The first time we drove out of town for repairs (from Boulder to Longmont) and this time , you have a repair shop in Boulder. Yay! So, Kudos to Kim G. and the Boulder team! We will use you again if the need arises.

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision the day I was hit by another driver. My car was towed to Gerber where I was met by Kim. She was extremely helpful in getting me set up at a phone so I could call my insurance company, get the claim number so my car could be serviced, and then got me over to the rental car company to get a car. After being hit I was certainly a little shook up and Kim managed to calm me down. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Fantastic service by Doris in the front office, better than promised time frame for finishing the work, our van was vacuumed & spotless when we got it back & all work (paintless dent repair & glass replacement) looks great! Will definitely recommend.
