Work done is excellent. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Time promised was met. This is the third time I've had Gerber do body work on this car. I will highly recommend Gerber.

Jeff B. was amazingly helpful & overdelivered. Even after the repair & I returned, he had light bulbs replaced that were unrelated to the work order. I will be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The people at this shop were nothing short of amazing. I received visual updates every time they fixed something on my car and I also got phone call updates throughout the week. The customer service at this facility is spectacular. Delores is always so welcoming and does everything she can to ensure a positive atmosphere. Mike followed up when my car was finished to make sure I was satisfied with everything, and I couldn't say I wasn't. There were a couple of fuses that needed to be changed and he made sure they got taken care of right away. The guys who clean up the cars afterwards deserve a thank you as well. My car wasn't the cleanest and when I got my car back the inside was cleaned up for me and they threw away any trash they saw. I was very surprised by the level of service! From little things like transportation to and from their location to constant updates on the progress of not only my vehicle but also their dealings with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone with glass or collision repair issues.

Justice is an amazing, helpful worker. She helped me out since day one of my car accident. She kep me updated with every single detail on my car, looked for other ways to help me out with my car rental and with my insurance. Even though I am not happy with my insurance company (Fred L., Young America Insurance), she tried her best to help me with the issues I had going on with them. I would reccomend Gerber Collision and Justice as a Estimator to anyone that has any type of car issue. I thank them so much for the beautiful job they did on my car. I'm very impressed with Justice's professionalism and dedicated work.

I'd like very much for people to see this feedback for the extreme gratitude it's intended to convey. The folks at the Lakewood store on Cedar Dr. went over and above the call of service to make my experience, by far, the best it could be under the circumstances. In almost all cases, when you have to have your vehicle repaired, it's not a happy chore... not to mention the cost. However, these folks were friendly, helpful, prompt, attentive to my needs, professional, kept the cost to a minimum, and a genuine joy to do business with. If and/or when I have the need to use an Auto Body shop again, unless I'm in another state, I'll be coming back to the awesome people at this store. I am delighted with Gerber. The people are smart, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. The quality of work is just excellent. They did a very significant amount of work on my Honda Fit a couple of years ago. I can't believe that after two years I haven't had any significant problems. A very minor problem with wind noise in the door was fixed immediately and a small defect in the paint on the front air dam was repainted with minimum hassle. Recently the passenger side mirror was smashed. Gerber replaced the mirror at a very good price while making the whole process very easy for me! They had the replacement mirror painted and ready, and installed it while I waited in less then an hour. It's great to write this review because I am so happy with the whole experience!
