CO - 275 Enterprise Dr, Pueblo West - 12/17/12

I took my '02 Toyota Highlander in for warranty work from repairs that were originally done when the facility was owned by Cars Collision. As it turned out, the repair needed to the glass mechanism on the driver's door was not a result of ill performed repairs that were originally done, but was a result of a mechanical failure of a part that had been replaced. The General Manager(Michael Howard) not only had the door panel removed so that I could visually see the cause of the problem, but went above and beyond by locating a replacement part and having it reglued to the glass so it would work properly. All this was done at no charge to me. This action, taken by this facility, has made me a customer for life. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services in the near future, but if so, feel assured that the actions of the staff were ... commendible. I would also like to briefly acknowledge a member of your office staff who was very professional, helpful and greeted every customer who entered or called while I was there with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice. I have to tell you that I was BLOWN AWAY with the customer service extended to me by Erica & James. They were both truly amazing and focused on my needs. The staff at Gerber collision are great to work with from Lisa at the front desk and Jillie my person of contact and Mike the General Manager My Truck was Damaged during a hunting trip and I thought there was only body damage but upon further inspection as My vehicle was being repaired they found the frame had also been damaged,they kept me informed at every step of the repair. With the frame damaged they had to replace it since the vehicle was returned there has been no squeaks ,clanks, or Bangs the vehicle runs and looks great. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any one that need body work done .

Wow, not only was my lexus SUV repaired perfectly but the carpets were all shampooed as well!! I feel like royalty! I am tremendously impressed with Pearl Auto Body. WOW!!!! Your paint job is AMAZING!!!! are the compliments that I have been receiving from everyone that sees my car now - even from the Nissan dealer. My poor burgundy Murano was side-swiped as it sat all day in the parking lot at work the day after Thanksgiving - white paint along side the driver and passenger door panels . Thank you to the kind soul that left me their information, I was able to have the damage repaired by Gerber Collision in no time. Thank you Gerber Collision for doing such an awesome job of matching the paint to a tee and fixing the damage! My car looks brand new and everyone loves it! WOW....Gerber was the most freindly , fast and professional company I have been to!! they are second to NONE!! A Gerber representive called me nearly everyday to give me and update on my car!! When I recieved the car it was flawless the body work was AWESOME!!
