This was the best experience I have ever had in the repair industry. The customer service rep I dealt with was Jerry Valdez and he was exceptional! i never had to call to hear the progress he updated me frequently and was more then accommodating. This company had the rent-a-car waiting for me at their service location and could not have made my experience any easier. I would recommend them to anyone and have due to having 100% confidence that anyone whom uses them will be more the satisfied!!!

I had two cars repaired at Gerber during the past 2 weeks. All the work done was excellent. I was kept informed during the process, the staff is friendly and helpful,, the work was completed on time, and the cost was under the estimate. I am 100% satisfied. This is our 4th repair at Gerber, and every experience has been outstanding. Thank you!

WOW ! Gerber did a great job on our car. Jason was awesome as well. He called us every few days to let us know what stage our car was in and when it would be done. Everyone one was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision. Thanks!

Gerber Collision & Glass associates are professional and courteous. They took a bad situation and made it positive. My van looks like new and you cannot tell that I was in an accident. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. They did a tremendous job on my van.

I was thrilled with the work that Gerber Collision did to repair my Jaguar FX. I had scraped the entire passenger side of my car on a tall concrete block - oops. They repaired the side, matched the paint exactly, and made it look like nothing had ever happened. They also took the time to smooth out the drivers side doors. I park in a parking garage in downtown Denver and the building owner must think every car is the size of a Mini-Cooper, so I had multiple little dings on the driver side doors. They told me when I picked it up that there had been 9 dings and they worked those out at no extra charge to me. What a bonus! They kept me informed via email of what was happening at each step of the process. I would like to say that I am blown away by the quality of service that I have received from Gerber Collision! I had a warranty problem on my '99 Toyota Sienna -- whenever I filled it with fuel, it wouldn't completely fill and I had to very slowly put in another 3-6 gallons. It would take another ten minutes or so to completely fill the tank! The tank had been replaced 10 years ago as a result of an accident. The local shop that did it (Not Gerber) told me there was nothing they could do to resolve the problem. What stuns me is that shop is a USAA-Approved Service Center. They blew me off! Never knowing that USAA has a lifetime guarantee, I didn't pursue it. When I brought it up with USAA years later as a result of a different claim, they mentioned the lifetime guarantee and had me come to Gerber Collision. After the experience with ... read more

Gerber did an excellent job repairing the body damage to our new Subaru. The car was returned to us detailed on the interior and exterior. The estimator was knowledgable and accurate. The office staff was pleasant and thorough. We got updates every other day as we requested. This is the second body repair done by Gerber in the last few months. I highly receommend them.
