My experience with Gerber was more than satisfactory. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Julie who did my estimate explained every step and process that would have to be done to repair my vehicle. During the repair process I received several calls on the status of my vehicle and was notified of further repairs that were needed. The final result of my repair was excellent. I cannot tell there were any repairs done. I am extremely happy with the service I relieved from this shop and will be recommending this shop to my friends and family.

"The staff was wonderful and constantly kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. Louise got my car in right away. Steve took care of a nice rental car and did the estimate thoroughly. Kristy kept me up to date about the insurance status. Val and mike Stewart showed me the damage and extra internal damage, including prior damage that rickenbaugh auto had not correctly finished the year prior. Val is an amazing technician and the new manager called me once my vehicle was done. I was very impressed and as a car enthusiast, was eager to see how they fixed the paint less dings, which they showed me. I also liked seeing the building as I knew one of the original owners before it was bought out years ago. He was a mentor and colleague 35 plus years ago. The people are prompt, kind and patient! My car looks brand new, they detailed the inside of my car which was disguisting, and bnow the interior looks brand new - hopefully do not need to go back, however if I never need poby work again will go here for sure.

Just wanted to let you know the service I received and the repairs made to my Honda CRV were excellent. The front fender looks as if it was never damaged and the paint blends in perfectly with the rest of the body. In addition, I am ever so thankful for you fixing the back tailgate. I was told it would take five days to complete the repairs and my car was done on time. I appreciate the call mid-week letting me know the status of my vehicle and then again on the morning of the last day to let me know when my car would be ready. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Everything was explained to me in advanced and there were no surprises during or afterwards. Very impressed with the service. From the initial inspection, to dropping off the car to picking it up was all handled quickly and professionally. They did everything for me including calling the rental car company to pick me up. WOW, what a pleasant experience!

Hi Ed, I just wanted to say thanks again for everything. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough customer service that I received from you and Nikki. I know that getting the bumper warrantied was a lot to ask, but I feel that you and your team went above and beyond to deliver great results. I also appreciate your patience with me being so particular and asking so many questions. I ended up installing the step pad last night and I think the bumper looks perfect. The bumper is secure and looks really great. I am very happy with the end result! I will definitely bring my business to you in the future and certainly recommend Pearl Auto Body to others as well. Gerber has done repair work for me twice in the last few months and I could not be happier with the results. They are very professional, courteous and timely in their work. The secretery to the nice young man who provided me with transportation clould not have have been more helpful and polite. The repair work was exceptional and I know what poor work looks like.
