WOW what service, my 2010 Dodge Journey was the victim of minor parking lot accident. From the first call to my ins company to picking up my repaired auto has been 100% WOW customer service, the most professional repair service I have ever had. I would highly reccomend Gerber Collision to anyone needing their service . The only word that describes their service and workmanship is WOW.

Dear Sir: I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent customer service that you all extended to me during the time that my vehicle was at your facility. Deziree was so kind and attentive to my logical concern with regard to the amount of damage to the car and the potential for there to be a bad outcome. She emailed me almost every day to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was always kind and informative, and I never had to wonder where things were at. Then, to top it off, I am a health care provider and was unable to get to the shop to pick up the car, so she had a couple of your men drive the car to my office and hand deliver it to my. Who could ask for more? If each merchant was a willing to go the extra mile as she was, there would be much less feuding, I suspect.

"Just a quick follow up. I am having absolutely no problems with my Equinox and am very, very pleased so far! My son, from Indiana where we used to live, came to visit with us last week and commented on my nice car (first time he has seen it). I told him it was the one involved in the July accident that we told him about and looked pretty banged up when I left it behind in Illinois. He graduated from a tech school in Indianapolis years ago and degreed in body work, paint and finish. He never got into the business though but has done some on the side jobs for friends and is very picky about how he does a job! He looked it over closely and said "dad, looks like they did a really nice job!" If my son says something, he means it!!"

I think the address is Pearl Auto Repair on Colfax in Lakewood. A gentleman named Jerry took care of my claim. I dropped my car off before I went on a three week trip to California. Jerry kept me continually updated on the progress of my car. Jerry was continually courtesy and kind. I haven't had such fine service at any other Auto repair shop. And I will return to Pearl Auto Repair in the future and tell others of the service Jerry extended to me.

I was very pleased with our experience with Gerber. The car repairs were quick and great and the people were so nice. My daughter is pleased with the car as well. Hopefully we won't need collision repair again any time soon, but I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs that service.
