I just got my daughter’s car fixed at Pearl Auto Body at 2228 S Colorado Blvd., Denver CO 80222. I tried to provide feedback on Gerber’s website but the Pearl Autobody location is not listed to provide feedback. We have used Pearl in the past and I am always impressed by the great work the shop provides. This time around Jake Schuman could not have done a better job. He kept me informed on the progress on the repair, he is so professional in dealing with clients ,has great communication skills and friendly attitude. Car repair was completed on time, work was done as promised. Car looks great and looks shiny and clean. A great experience under the circumstances. Jake, thanks so much to go above and beyond expectations.

I just wanted to let you know that I had such an amazingly wonderful experience at Pearl Auto Body from start to finish. From my first phone call to schedule my estimate to my picking up my car and then coming back again because I couldn't close my back door, everyone but specifically Traci and Tina were super wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. They made what could have been a hassle of an experience, super easy and super smooth. Really good customer service is hard to come by, but exceptional, above and beyond, customer service is super rare these days and thanks to Traci & Tina, that exceptional service was my experience at Pearl Auto Body. I was also ecstatic beyond belief about the beautiful work that was done on my Acura - it looked better than new, and when my car was returned to me, I was so surprised and super ... grateful to find my car was actually cleaner inside and out than it had ever been. It looked like I drove the car brand new right off the car lot - beautiful, shining, and awesome!! Thank you Pearl Auto Body for the most amazing WOW experience that I have had as a consumer in a very, very, very long time. You are the ultimate example of service, standards, and satisfaction! WOW! That's all I can say about both the service and staff alike at Gerber. Being in a situation that isn't favorable, like an auto accident is difficult. I am very pleased with the prompt service and professional manner of the staff at this Gerber facility. My car looks like new! I would certainly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs auto collision and/or auto glass repair. They had my car ready a day earlier than promised and always treated me with courtesy. Kudos!!
