I can't say enough about the way you repaired our car/Lincoln MKZ after our encounter with Bambi. Everyone was courteous, helpful with insurance and did an outstanding job repairing our car in a most timely manner considering the amount of damage. You even cleaned the inside of the car. We made it back to Tucson with no problems. Thanks for a job well done!

Got hit from behind in a parking lot in Kansas City, so 21st Century was the other person's insurance company. Gerber was located close to my workplace and their proximity to Enterprise made the rental car pick up very convenient. They did an excellent job restoring the finish on my bumper and side mirror. I received hail damage to my 2013 Hyundai Sonata after having leased the car only a couple of weeks before. This was a painful event for me especially since I was to leave on vacation to Italy in a couple of days. After returning from vacation, I took my Sonata by Gerber to receive an estimate. I was treated courteously and professionally by their representative and felt very confident in Gerber's ability to take care of the damage. After the car was in their shop, they found additional damage that was missed by the State Farm agent that had provided the initial estimate on my Sonata. State Farm provided an o.k. for Gerber to go ahead with the additional repairs. Gerber provided excellent quality PDR service in a very short time. I was back in my car in two days and it looks as good as new!

WOW! AWESOME!! I nearly cried when I saw my car and how beautiful it was again. This car accident hit me hard, emotionally, and Jason and Louise at Gerber were very supportive. They worked me in between all the hail damage claims on their plate; worked late hours (evident from the 6-7pm phone call updates); found parts for my Saturn which is hard to do; and handled all aspects of the insurance company. When I saw it sitting in the visitor lot ready for me to pick up and looking brand new, I was overwhelmed!! Thank you! Thank you!!

From Jennifer at the front desk, to Ben the appraiser, and all who workedthey were outstanding!! I had hail damage and not only did they get me in for an appraisal quickly the had times available almost immediately to do the repair. Knowing I had to fix my schedule they even called me agasin to see how they could help. They also finished the car well ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond as my car hasn't been that clean inside and out since I bought it! These guys are for real and work hard to make things happen for you. Definitely a 10+ in my book. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them!

After hail damage and a couple of snags in the process by the insurance company I was told it would take 3 weeks and the earliest appointment would be in mid July by the company I was sent to to estimate my car's damage. Major problem was we were being moved to a different state at the end of July. In stepped Gerber's my agent contacted a national representive who contacted the Colorado shops. They then put us intouch with Kim at the Lakewood shop. Within minutes I had an appoitment for the next week. The estimate was still 3 weeks for the repairs which would make it just before we moved. During the time my car was in the shop I received a call about ever 2 days telling me the progress. Then a week and 1/2 after we left the car the call came that said it was DONE.
