About 6 years ago, I hit a deer in the mountains in which major damage was done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was extremely happy with the work that was performed on my Grand Cherokee by Cars Collision; it looked as great as it did when I first purchased it. So here it is 2012 and I own a 2007 Toyota 4Runner which I keep in mint condition. I never would have guessed that the wind would snatch my door out of my hand as I opened it to step out and check my mailbox. A small part was bent in the driver side door and the window would not roll up or down without making a loud popping sound. When I entered Gerber Collision, I was going by a whim that this company would be just as good as Cars Collision, and they were. Jennifer was very personable, pleasant and professional. Ben Smith gave me an estimate on parts and labor, and I was happy that I ... did not have to wait long. When the part came in, I made an appointment and the door was fixed and window working in a little over an hour. Ben and Jennifer took the time to answer my questions and inform me about the company (Gerber Collision). I am very happy with their service and am sending my husband over there next week to get an estimate on body work that needs to be done on his vehicle. I will definitely recomment Gerber Collision to my friends and family. read more

I have been completely satisfied with the service from Gerber. Paul Dico handled my claim against Safeco Ins, and got my car in even though they were packed. We were able to continue our road trip with no problems, thanks to him. I would use Gerber again, if the need arose.

No insurance. Repaired door dent. No complaints as excellent, polite service. Also knew we weren't using insurance and took that into consideration. Also noted window was not sealing correctly after repair - and they fixed easily and conveniently the next week for free.

From my first contact with Louise to meeting and having Jason Kersey review the car's hail damage I had a good feeling this was going to be a good experience. I was right. So often we think we're in capable hands and are left feeling we didn't receive the service we hoped to receive. I received friendly and professional service, Jason called with updates every other day and gave detailed explanations of all the work being performed on my vehicle.
