Outstanding job by the Grand Junction Colorado crew. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure this process would be easy for me, they contacted the company that would be paying for my vehicle, got the rental car set up, and everything else done for me without me having to do anything. I will make sure if anything ever happens to any of my vehicles I will continue using Gerber Collision- Grand Junction, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to use this location. Customer service skills were very professional and amazing. Kobi B. at the front was was so helpful on making sure everything was taken care of for me. David B., was excellent to work with. He kept me updated me with repair status letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. I feel safe, and I'm Happy. Thank you again!!

The Boulder office was absolutely amazing. Jeff B. and the whole staff were helpful, efficient, friendly, and thorough. They handled all the details with USAA, repaired the damages on time and made sure the Enterprise car rental was waiting for me when I dropped the car off. Dealing with a hit and run collision was stressful and they made my experience a happy one. I cannot thank you enough!!!

We had minor collision damage to a bumper on our truck. Gerber was very accommodating to our schedules to get the truck claim estimate and the repair was done in less than one day. This allowed us to keep to our field schedules.
