When you are a swf you need all the trustful people you can find. This is the place I trust. And to pick me up was so nice of them.

This was overall a good experience for me. First time with Gerber and first claim with Liberty Mutual. First time for you and me to use the valet service. it was a little different, but overall a good experience. There were some hiccups on both ends with you and Enterprise. but not negative, just getting used. Your people were thorough and good to work with and the work on bumper seems very good.

We took our car in when we only had it a few weeks when a lady side- swiped us by running a red light. We were really impressed when the manager reviewed the car...he wasn't pleased with the color and had it done over. The only reason we knew; was because our car took a little longer in service. Thought that was great that he reviewed the details and wasn't happy with the color and took it upon his self to make it right. That alone was a winner. We were happy with the great job! So when we had another accident; we felt confident with Gerber and wanted to have our car repaired by your company. Very satisfied!!! My husband recommends your service all the time. Thank you for taking the time with our car as if it were your very own vehicle. Now that is true and wonderful service!!!!
