I cannot express my appreciation of Gerber's staff over the past month while they had my car and we were waiting for my insurance to decide if they were going to cover the damages from my accident, or not. MetLife finally totaled it out, and Gerber honored the same estimate to fix my car, after discussing a few alternatives with me. Considering the time that they basically stored my car, they gave me regular updates and maintained very positive and consistent service the entire time, despite my ongoing frustrations with the whole process. Most surprising was when I went in to pick my car up tonight, they knew right away, who I was, and shared my excitement in the repairs being done and my being able to take my car home! They did beautiful work, I honestly have to say that my Crown Victoria looks better now (at least the front end that ... they fixed) than it ever has while I've owned the vehicle. Thank you sooo much for making an aggravating process as easy as possible, and for taking such good care of me and my car. It's a rare circumstance these days, when the customer service I receive exceeds my expectations, as I've been in the industry for 20+ years, but your staff at this Gerber Collision shop is amazing and I will be sending them all of the business is can! I recently had a minor auto accident and was able to take my vehicle to Gerber. I am familiar with Gerber as I used them previously for severe hail damage a couple of years ago. Tim inspected my vehicle and judged he could simply buff out the mark and prevent a claim and additional visits with this option. I agreed and Tim did this in about 15 minutes, he did a fine job. We contacted my insurance company and cancelled my initial claim submission. Thanks and Tim is a professional! I will return to Gerber if their services are needed in the future.
