I had my F 150 in for rear end damage from another state Farm insured person that hit me. The insurance company had given me a rental vehicle for 7 days. The Gerber collision repair on Dawson Circle took my vehicle in and had it finished within two days. Just simply awesome and less painful than I would have imagined. Thank you Gerber Collision,

This shop provided the most outstanding service from the day that we dropped the car off until the day we picked it up. I received phone calls twice a week with updates on their progress and the car was actually finished almost a week early. I will definitely recommend this company for anything collision/auto body work. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Best experience I've ever had with a body shop - and I've been driving since 1965. Friendly people, competent workers, and they aim to please. They did the job as quickly as possible, and the car looked great. I would recommend this shop and this location over any body shop in Denver.

It was a pleasure working with the team in Loveland. They were very clear about what I should expect from the repair process, and took the time to explain things in a way that an uniformed customer could understand. The process took longer than expected (2 weeks longer), but I am told this is because of damage that occurred during shipping replacement parts. When the job was finished, you could hardly tell that I'd been in an accident at all - excellent match of color, and a thorough repair. I'd gladly recommend Gerber for any future body work - thank you for the help!

Often, we only write reviews when we're angry and frustrated. Today, I'm trying to break that habit. After working with Cor(e)y (Manager) today, I told him that he was a BLESSING, because he was. He could sense my stress and anxiety about dealing with the car troubles I'm having (even though I'm dealing with the results of an accident that wasn't my fault). As a result, he was patient with me and understanding and just outright nice and kind. I really needed that, and I wish more people in the world (including me) would embody that spirit of generosity. I also worked with Alan(USAA Insurance Liaison) by phone yesterday and in-person today. He was really nice and patient also, especially since I had a lot of confusion about the process. I'm thankful for both of them, and I'm really glad they were HIGHLY recommended by USAA.

Communication could be improved between the automatic system and the human system! There was a bit of confusion when the car was finished as to when we could pick it up. Overall we were pleased, the car looks great and drives fine. We were kept apprised of the repair progress.
