Had a great experience getting my Tahoe repaired by this team. Christina at the front desk was super helpful and friendly-kept everything on track with scheduling and paperwork...and Brandon did a great job putting together my estimate and keeping me informed on repair progress. This team was extremely user-friendly and made my repair experience smooth and efficient. I will come back to this shop for all my future repair needs.

Jeff B. was truly outstanding. He worked tirelessly to save money for us at every turn. He is a thorough communicator and kept us informed of every aspect of the repair. My truck never looked so good. I was speechless when we settled the bill. He saved us a great deal of money. Also, he worked with our insurance company, and even personally delivered our vehicle. I felt as if Jeff was representing our interests throughout the process. We love you, Jeff. You've earned our lifelong business.

I took my car in to have the hail damage repaired and it came back looking brand new! I actually cried when they brought it out, it looked so beautiful! The staff was great. Especially Jeff, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and called twice a week to keep me informed on the progress. I am so happy with the results and if I ever need another repair, I will definitely take it back to them. Jeff and Justice are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

Gerber did a great job on the hail damage that was done to my car! My car looked brand new when I got it back! They left the inside of the car in great condition as well. It was cleaner when I got my car back than when I gave it to them. The customer service was excellent as well. They kept in contact with me the whole time my car was in the shop and the receptionist Dorris was amazing! Gerber also replaced something else on my car not related to the hail damage at no cost to me! I will definitely be recommending Gerber to anyone who needs car repairs in the future!
