5 Stars, Allen and Corey were very helpful. They did a minor adjustment on my door that was dragging a little from wind damage. Since it was just a minor adjustment, they didn't even charge me and had me out of here with a better situation within 10 minutes. It's nice to see someone willing to help in this situation rather than trying to get everything they can get not only from me, but also from my insurance company.

We have used Gerber Collision and Glass for auto body work on three of our vehicles over the years. They are the best at what they do. All of the staff that we dealt with were very professional and easy to work with. We worked most closely with Earl B. who gave us service way beyond the expected. He treated us like friends, and updated us daily on the progress of work being done. After the work was finished, our damaged vehicles looked like brand new. If you want supreme quality work and great customer service, Gerber is the place to go, and Earl B. is the guy to request.

We had a great experience with Gerber in Lakewood. The folks there were awesome! Dana is incredibly helpful and kind. She treats everyone with respect and takes the time to answer any questions. Marco is also wonderful! He explained everything that was going to be done and then what to do and not do after getting my vehicle back. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I received service "well beyond the call of duty." First of all, the front desk agent, Christine was kind, efficient, and very considerate. The gentleman who did the estimate to repair bumper damage from a road-side assistance tow truck , also was attentive to an unrelated problem I mentioned to him: water collecting in the trunk. I asked if, while they were repairing the bumper they might try to figure out the cause of the water leakage. Well, not only did they repair the bumper beautifully, but they found the cause of the leakage. It seems a previous repair job done by another auto-body shop had left some seams unsealed. So, they sealed the faulty seams and didn't even charge me for it. I guess they took pity on a lady who had been an unwitting "victim" of shoddy work done at another shop. Kim was awesome. She was honest and keep me up to date even got my car out the within the 3 days. Only thing I didn't like was when they called they had keep calling the wrong number but Kim definitely made sure everything was correct.
