This is not the first time that we've utilized this facility. We've always found the service center to be efficient, staying in contact with us from the time that we drop the vehicle off. Completion of the work is always well within the time frame that they've allotted, which is a plus with us. We don't hesitate to recommend this facility to other individuals. Staff is friendly and explains the procedure for the work that is to be done.

This was my only accident in 45 years of driving and not my fault. I was pretty stressed out about having to deal with it. The staff at Gerber were friendly and reassuring. Matt contacted me every few days to keep me appraised as to how things were progressing. The car was done sooner than anticipated and looks great. I hope I never need to use them again, but will definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber. When I took my car in on Monday, they had all the paper work done including a rental car. Jeff was most personable and helpful. He told me that they would try to have my car repair completed on Wednesday. Jeff called on Tuesday (a day earlier) saying it was finished. They did a great job with the repair, the car had also been vacuumed and washed. It looked like a brand new car I would highly recommend Gerber.
