Had a slight problem with a bumper repair which I was hesitant to return to have corrected since I thought it would mean giving up the car again. However, after about three weeks I finally took it back in and saw Earl B. It turned out not to be a big deal - just a little bit of dirt in the paint - and Earl set an appointment almost immediately that fit my schedule and would only involve about an hour to correct. Anyway on Nov. 2nd. the touch up was completed and I am totally satisfied. Earl has handled my vehicle on a prior occasion this year (unrelated) and I would certainly return if more work was needed.

I had the paradoxical privilege of having to have body repair completed at Gerber Collision Center located at Mark Dabling and Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO. From the intake process to warranty service, I was given exemplary service by Earl B., the appraiser. Mr. Bell also kept me informed throughout the repair process and the repair was completed early. Earl B. truly honored his assurance that if there were any issues after the repair service was completed, Gerber Collision would stand behind their work. The above shop was backed up so they brought my car to the Longmont shop as they needed work. Therefore I was able to get my work done weeks earlier as my car was not driveable. The work the Longmont shop did was excellent.

Well done! In the past we have used Red Noland for our USAA auto claims, however they were disappointing in our last claim a year or so ago, so when we had a new claim we decided to try another USAA STARS location. All of my expectations were exceeded, by far! Our contact was Earl B., and he kept us informed and up to date. He called to give us the progress updates every 3rd day or so. It was so nice not be left in the dark. We picked up our 2010 Camaro (my wife's baby) yesterday and the car looked showroom new. Fantastic job and you have earned my repeat business!
