I am delighted with Gerber. The people are smart, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. The quality of work is just excellent. They did a very significant amount of work on my Honda Fit a couple of years ago. I can't believe that after two years I haven't had any significant problems. A very minor problem with wind noise in the door was fixed immediately and a small defect in the paint on the front air dam was repainted with minimum hassle. Recently the passenger side mirror was smashed. Gerber replaced the mirror at a very good price while making the whole process very easy for me! They had the replacement mirror painted and ready, and installed it while I waited in less then an hour. It's great to write this review because I am so happy with the whole experience!

I am just blown away by the work that has been done on our 2013 Dodge Durango. The vehicle suffered heavy hail damage in May of 2014. The professionals at the Mark Dabling location took over and made the vehicle look new once again. I am amazed at how well the paint color matched up! I was expecting the worst and received the absolute best. It's hard to tell where the Chrysler paint stops and the Gerber paint starts! Unbelievable! All of the mechanical procedures aside, the customer service was spectacular! You don't get this kind of personal service at a fine restaurant! I would like to HIGHLY COMMEND Mr. Earl B. He was in touch with me every step of the way. He was very thorough and professional. We have an older car that we were thinking of trading in. never been wowed before having been to ANOTHER repair shop years ago .The staff at GERBER really WOWED me . NOT just being friendly and on time with the repair but giving me a ride home each time( did not want a rental ) The repair was excellent ,however the first thing I noticed was they detailed my car not only the outside but inside then I looked at the repair work and that too was excellent ,having been at another repair for the same type rear end accident and then had to go back 4 times .I could compare the difference .I highly recommend this shop to anyone, and I thank them all for a job very well done.

Very Friendly & Professional. Earl explained the process so that I knew what to expect, then they went beyond the expected. My 6 year old hail damaged car looks like new again. They even cleaned the inside of the car and picked me up from work when my car was finished.
