The people at Gerber collision are wonderful. Earl, the gentleman that handled my problem explained everything that was going to be done to my car and did a detailed estimate before the car was done. I am very happy to say that all of the work he pointed out to be done was done to perfection and even went the step further on having a diagnostic done on an other problem. I cannot give the people, their attitudes (from the lady that checked me in originally to when I picked the car up) enough accolades and I certainly would go back if I need more collision work done.

The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations! Especially Earl B. He called regularly to give me updates on where my car was in the process of being repaired. He made it clear that he was more concerned about my physical wellbeing after the accident than that of my car and that he would take care of tge car and that he just wanted me to worry about getting well. I really appreciated that. In the beginning I was given an estimated time frame of 2-3 weeks for repairs but it only took 8 days!! That is AMAZING! And as usual (I have used Gerber before for collision repairs) the work was fantastic. Thank you so much!

I did not rate it 5 because, we all know there is room for improvement in everything we do. I just can't think of where or how Gerber Collision could improve at this time. Everyone at Gerber was helpful and courteous. They made my car repair a pleasant experience. Doug T. worked with me and kept me informed every minute. He went out of his way for me. In order to do the repair to my back fender it was necessary to take off the graphic design on the side of the car. He contacted the business had a book brought to Gerber and helped me pick another design. He had the front windshield also replaced. Thank you Gerber. You should be proud of this service!

I am very pleased with the work done on my car. Johnny, Gary, and Tony did an excellent job. I was surprised to get the car back so fast and it was even washed vacuumed and detailed. Gerber Collision did an excellent job on fixing my car. Everyone was very courteous and considerate. I will definitely return to them in the future if I need any repairs done. I would also like to thank John Snyder for polishing my headlights--just as an extra! I knew they didn't look very good but didn't realize how bad they really were. They look brand new now!
