The people at Gerber were very friendly and professional. Our estimator, Valerie H. walked me around our Subaru and pointed out the areas of damage. When we picked it up, the Subaru looked better than it had before. They went out of their way on small details like restoring the faded striping. We are very pleased with our experience with Gerber!

They did an incredible job over there at Gerber. Called me multiple times in the short time they worked on my car, guided me through the process. My car had backed into a tree and it came out looking fantastic. Would definitely recommend going there.

They did an excellent job--I was able to get into the repair shop within 24-48 hrs. Which exceeded my expectations. I had a leased car and it was up within approximately 30 days and they were able to repair the vehicle before the time to turn it in--I greatly appreciate that. They also washed and vacuum the car--that was also exceeded my expectation. I couldn't be happier with the work done and the great service that I got--I would go to Gerber again and refer them to others as appropriate. Thanks again for a great job!

The customer service i received from Gerber was amazing. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way. I even got pictures emailed to me a few times! The repairs were completed about 5 days early, which was awesome to have my car back sooner then expected. The car looks great and they even fully detailed the interior. I worked with Tim who kept me informed on every detail, he was a pleasure to work with and always had the answer to any question!
