I cannot express how absolutely amazing Gerber Collision & Glass was!! My vehicle needed to be serviced after it was involved in an automobile accident (someone not paying attention ended up rear-ending my SUV...go figure!), and we chose to have it serviced by Gerber. My car looks better than it did when I first purchased it. The auto body repair was phenomenal, and the work they did to detail the inside of the car made my vehicle look better than new. I literally squealed when I saw how immaculate everything was. I cannot thank the team here enough for the care and professionalism that was demonstrated during this entire experience. I recently had a minor auto accident and was able to take my vehicle to Gerber. I am familiar with Gerber as I used them previously for severe hail damage a couple of years ago. Tim inspected my vehicle and judged he could simply buff out the mark and prevent a claim and additional visits with this option. I agreed and Tim did this in about 15 minutes, he did a fine job. We contacted my insurance company and cancelled my initial claim submission. Thanks and Tim is a professional! I will return to Gerber if their services are needed in the future.

Often, we only write reviews when we're angry and frustrated. Today, I'm trying to break that habit. After working with Cor(e)y (Manager) today, I told him that he was a BLESSING, because he was. He could sense my stress and anxiety about dealing with the car troubles I'm having (even though I'm dealing with the results of an accident that wasn't my fault). As a result, he was patient with me and understanding and just outright nice and kind. I really needed that, and I wish more people in the world (including me) would embody that spirit of generosity. I also worked with Alan(USAA Insurance Liaison) by phone yesterday and in-person today. He was really nice and patient also, especially since I had a lot of confusion about the process. I'm thankful for both of them, and I'm really glad they were HIGHLY recommended by USAA.

Excellent customer service and Excellent body work. My overall experience was very enjoyable. They text me everyday to let me know the status of my repair. The car was completed one week ahead of schedulel I highly recommend Gerber collision and glass. If anyone needs to call me I will glady let them know. Thank you for taking great care of my car.
