If I could give 10 stars I would. The people at this shop were nothing short of amazing. I received visual updates every time they fixed something on my car and I also got phone call updates throughout the week. The customer service at this facility is spectacular. Delores is always so welcoming and does everything she can to ensure a positive atmosphere. Mike followed up when my car was finished to make sure I was satisfied with everything, and I couldn't say I wasn't. There were a couple of fuses that needed to be changed and he made sure they got taken care of right away. The guys who clean up the cars afterwards deserve a thank you as well. My car wasn't the cleanest and when I got my car back the inside was cleaned up for me and they threw away any trash they saw. Excellent customer service and support! I was updated throughout my repair time, and always received a call back when inquiring about my car. Once everything was done I was notified right away. At time of pick up my car was ready and I was fully informed of the repairs and parts . The employees went above and beyond for purely amazing customer service and satisfaction!! I would high recommend Gerber to anyone who needs repair! ! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at this location! !

I was a big dumb and snagged some black ice one morning, slowly hit a curb at a horribly wrong angle, and ripped the front right half of my bumper off on top of numerous other repairs. From the start Gerber Collision executed perfect customer service and handed me a brand new-looking Celica in just over a week. The man in charge of my case, Bryan, kept me up to date every couple of days with emails explaining my bumper was a particularly special make therefore had to go through 3 different ones, and had later called me and texted the expected times my car would be completed. The work done on my Celica is unreal, like nothing ever happened. I greatly appreciate everything this company has done. I don't usually post reviews, but I highly respect this company and I want them to succeed in many future endeavors.

I would like to recognize Doris the receptionist @ Gerber along with Bryan who estimated the damage along with Manager Corey. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks, they were very respectful and knew their jobs, they all made a bad experience with an accident a good experience, once all is said & done. I hope I never have to use a Collision shop again, however if I do my first choice will be Gerber on Palmer Park in Colorado Springs.
