Everyone was so helpful, courteous, and quick to act in a stressful situation. They are truly professionals who know what they are doing. They made promises that were kept, kept in touch with me by phone and e-mail with updates, and helped me by their communicating with the rental car company which made that process smooth too. They did a beautiful job on the repair and my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up. We were so impressed with the service provided and especially the time frame with which the repairs were made. We really appreciated the cleaning of our floor mats. There are some white marks on the side mirror and side of the passenger side of the car that were not there, but we are hoping they will buff out. Thanks

Excellent and quick repairs. The staff was accommodating and helpful in taking care of the problem efficiently, especially as my fiancé was deploying soon after we brought our vehicle in for work. They even went to far as to come and pick me up from my home so that I could get the repaired vehicle without having to try to arrange for a ride! Thanks Gerber!

The best service ever. Only three days until completion. Estimator Doug Timmons was very helpful and provided all info I needed to make a decision. The office staff were great in keeping me informed as to the status of the repairs. In my 55 years of driving and as a Sheriffs Deputy for 23 years I have never seen so much professionalism as with Gerber. The repairs were WOO and beyond our expectations. From delivery to pickup, only three days. Best repair company and staff we have come in contact with. Will recommend to all our friends. THANK YOU.
