We have had the unfortunate pleasure of having work done at Gerber in Concord three times in the past 6 months, only one of those being our fault. We cannot say enough great things about the team at Gerber!!! They are professional, do great work fast, and kept us informed every step of the way. Tanya is awesome as the main contact. I feel like we not only got great service but made a new friend. Thanks for the amazing service!! nobody ever wants to need a body shop. If someone sees that invisible target on our Pilot and hits us again we'll certainly head back to Gerber in Concord for more great service.

I had to have my front bumper painted at Gerber about a month ago. I was extremely impressed by their customer service and their attentiveness to their customers. The transaction and overall repair process was conducted in an extremely organized and efficient manner. Enterprise brought my rental car to me at the shop and the minuscule amount of effort that I had to put forth was impressive, as well. I am beyond pleased with the repair of my bumper. Their work is fantastic and looks better than when I bought the car initially. I will absolutely recommend them for use on any occasion to anyone. To top it off, they vacuumed the inside of my car. A complimentary vacuum job is the key to any proud car owners heart. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Vanessa and Tawnya were very helpful In helping me with this process of turning in my car and getting it repaired after I hit a deer on Thanksgiving morning. They worked with my car insurance company USAA. I was updated daily on the repair of my vehicle and my car was repaired a week before time. These two ladies were very professional and so helpful. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my family and friends.

The service was excellent at Gerber. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Every employee was very welling to go out the way with explaining every detail of the repair. Very fast service!!! I took my car in on a Wednesday, and received it back on that Friday. Great Work, my car looks fantastic!!!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Gerber. I had an incident with my car on Monday, August 25th and my car was fixed and looking fabulous by Thursday, August 28th. The customer service was exceptional! I especially want to thank Andrew D for his service. He was courteous, attentive and did a very professional job on my car.
