I dealt with Chris from start to finish and could not have been happier. He was very courteous and professional all the way. Everything went as he said it would. In fact, it was ready for pickup a little sooner that I had expected. The body work could not have been done better and the car was returned to me very clean inside & outside which I did not expect. Excellent experience!

Quick with repair. Worked with my insurance and no hassle on my part. Overall work was good. Only issue is there a a couple small specks in the paint which is probably only noticeable to me and no one else.

I was more than thrilled with the repair work done on my 2016 RAV 4. I was also very pleased with the specificity of the invoice and the description of everything that was done. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the professionalism and regular updates from Dave and the ladies in the office (forgive me for not getting everyone's names, you are no less important to the efficiency of the daily operations.) Finally, I was pleasantly surprised with the guarantee coverage, and even the last minute touch up of a tiny (emphasis on tiny) scratch without disputing whether it may have been there previously or not. Thank you all ever so much! I would most definitely return if the need ever arises (though honestly, I hope that it doesn't,) & will certainly refer anyone else in need!

Josh and his crew did an awesome job on my fiancée's SUV. I was really impressed that they received a damaged part from a company and instead of rushing the job by trying to band-aid the damaged part they waited and did the job correctly. I was also impressed on how close they matched the paint, it looks factory! I will definitely bring all my vehicles here again.
