I was recently in a wreck in Crestview where I was rear ended by a Progressive driver. After my car was finally released from being held hostage at Crestview Paint and Body, and after they had incurred additional malicious damages to my car, it was finally taken to Gerber Collision. I had previously taken my car to Factory Spec in FWB and was not aware they had been bought out by Gerber so I was a little nervous at first about what the quality of work would be like. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Having your car in the shop and wondering how the damages were going to be corrected is a very stressful process and Josh and his team couldn't have been nicer. Josh kept me updated on the process of how my car repairs were going, and he even stayed late after the shop had closed so that I could pick up my car before the Christmas ... weekend. Everything looked great on the car and I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be recommending Gerber in Crestview to all of my friends and business associates. Between Josh's fantastic customer service and Allen the adjuster with Progressive being so helpful and making sure everything was taken care of, I really couldn't ask for a better experience! The right rear tail light and surrounding parts were recently damaged on my 2011 Ford Expedition. . I have had a past experience with then, Factory Specs when I hit a deer with my CRV back in October 2013 and sustained $6,200.00 in damage. Factory Specs did a really fantastic job repairing all the damage. This is why I requested Factory Specs to fix my Expedition. Even though the name has changed to Gerber, the excellent service and the quality of workmanship is still second to none. A special thanks to Josh for his daily update and progress on my vehicle. He identified an area of corrosion on the tail gate that needed repair and I authorized him to fix. Shows his keen eye for detail. If there are any questions feel free to call or email me.
